All Access Pass: Terms of Service

Blue Sky Riders allows you to access certain premium features or exclusive content in exchange for a one-time membership fee, as applicable to the relevant features or content referred to as “All Access Pass.”

As a member of the Blue Sky Riders All Access Pass, you are receiving license to access exclusive content, for members only. Your usage must be only for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use any paid content, in whole or in part, in connection with any public presentation even if no fee is charged.

When you purchase an All Access Pass membership, you will have access to stream any content currently available within the membership period noted in your confirmation email. Content may only be viewed on one device at a time.

Refunds: You can cancel your order if placed on or after July 1, 2015, and receive a refund as long as you have not commenced using the service ordered and you make your request no later than 7 working days after your order is completed.  Requests for refunds must be directed to our customer support team by emailing: admin@blueskyridersband.com. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests after 7 working days at our sole discretion.

Cancellations: If you purchase a membership, you may cancel the subscription any time. You will retain access to membership features and content from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period, if any, and will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period.

Restrictions:  When you use this paid service, you may not (or attempt to):

• use the service or content in an illegal manner or for an illegal purpose;
• share your account password with someone else to allow them to access any paid content or service that such person did not order;
• copy, sell, rent, or sub license the service or content to any third party;
• circumvent, reverse-engineer, modify, disable, or otherwise tamper with any security technology used to protect the content areas, or encourage or help anyone else to do so.

Changes or Discontinuation of paid services: Blue Sky Riders LLC and BlueSkyRidersBand.com reserves the right to change the availability of paid services; some items of content may either become unavailable or be made available for free. In addition, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any paid service with or without notice to you and we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.
